Privacy Policy

Seller Ad Monitor ("the app") helps Amazon.in sellers see their ad performance, margins and stock in one place. It is run by OceanAgate (Ocean Agate, an Amazon.in seller, India). This page explains what data the app handles, where it is kept, and how you can have it removed.

How you sign in

You sign in through Amazon Seller Central and approve this app's read-only access using Amazon's official Selling Partner API. You may separately connect your Amazon Ads account using the Amazon Ads API. The app never sees your Amazon password.

What the app reads from Amazon

• Listings: SKU, ASIN, product name, price, quantity, status, fulfilment channel and parent/child (variation) details.
• Orders: order ID, dates, status, SKU, quantity, price, and delivery city and state.
• Fees and payments: your Amazon transactions (sales, fees, refunds, payouts) per order and SKU.
• Ads (if connected): campaigns, ad groups, budgets, and per-product impressions, clicks, spend and ad sales.

The app does not request or store buyer names, street addresses, postal codes, phone numbers or email addresses. It only reads data and cannot change anything in your Amazon or Amazon Ads accounts.

What you add in the app

Product costs, packing costs, notes, competitor prices, budgets and settings you enter, and any reports or spreadsheets you upload, are saved with your account.

Where your data is stored and how it is protected

• The app runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 database).
• Your Amazon access keys and all your data are encrypted with AES-256 before they are saved, and kept in a separate record that only your signed-in session can open.
• All connections use HTTPS. Your sign-in is kept in a secure, encrypted cookie on your device.
• Access to the server is limited to the app owner's accounts, protected by strong passwords and two-step verification.

How long data is kept

Data is kept while your account is connected, so the app can show trends over time. You can delete everything at any time from ⋯ → Connections and account → Delete all my data, which removes your record and Amazon access keys immediately. If you ask us by email, we delete it within 30 days.

What the app owner can see

We do not look at or use any seller's data except when you ask us for help or to investigate a fault.

Sharing

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers. It is processed only by the service providers needed to run the app (Cloudflare for hosting, and Amazon for the data you connect).

Security incidents

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify affected sellers and Amazon as required by Amazon's Data Protection Policy, and act to contain it.

Removing access

Seller Central → Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps → remove Seller Ad Monitor. For ads: Amazon Ads console → Account access and settings.

Children's privacy

This app is for business use by Amazon sellers and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
